Besan Ladoo

This is a mouth melting sweet.
Steps

In a pan, pour 1 tbsp ghee and roast the cashews, transfer into a bowl. Same pan pour1/2cup ghee after the ghee melts add 2 cup gram flour and saute it. Continue to roast on low flame.if the mixture turns dry, add a tbsp of more ghee. Take 1cup sugar and 4pods of cardamom in a blender, blend to a fine powder without adding any water.

After 15 minutes, the besan starts to release ghee. Continue to roast until the besan turn golden brown and grainy. It may takes approximately 30 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, allowing to cool slightly. Add the roasted cashews in the besan ghee mixture.

Once the besan is cooled (slightly warm) add in powdered sugar. Prepare a ball sized Ladoo adjusting sugar as required. Finaly, enjoy besan Ladoo for 2 weeks in an airtight container. Now Our Mouth Melting Besan Ladoo is ready.
