Mix rice flour and plain flour well. Add all the other things to it and mix it very well. Now start adding water little by little and make a dough out of it. The dough should not be very tight or very soft.

Now in a chakli maker put the dough and make chakli out of it.

Heat oil on high heat. When the oil is hot, put Chakli in it and fry until light pink in colour. Keep turning the chakli 3 to 4 times while frying. When it is done, it will float on top of the oil. Always fry it in hot oil otherwise it will absorb a lot of oil and it will also break.

When all chakli is ready, cool it down and store it in an airtight container.
