  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 5 pcsCashewnuts
  4. 1/2 cupmilk

    Make chenna from 1 ltr milk. Then grind the chena a grinder with cashew nuts, milk and sugar.

    Next in a pan put one pressure cooker separator and give water. Take an aluminum bowl grease with ghee and put the grinded chenna on that.

    Then cover the pan, lower the flame and let it cooked for 45 minutes. If water dried and add more but water level should not cross the separator. In middle add saffron for colour but it is optional.
