Ingredients

  1. 1 longBaguette
  2. 2finely chopped tomatoes
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 8-10black olives
  5. A fewbasil leaves
  6. As required Dried Oregano
  7. As per taste Finely chopped garlic
  8. As required Extra virgin olive
  9. 1 tbspvinegar
  10. 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  12. 1/2 cupgrated cheese
  13. For garnishing:
  14. 2 tbspmelted butter and finely chopped garlic
  15. As required Butter paper or parchment paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add finely chopped tomato, onion,basil, olives and mix them. Now add some extra virgin olive oil, oregano, black pepper, salt and mix them nicely.

    Now take a baking tray, place the butter paper. Now take the fresh long baguette. cut it in to the slices and place them to top of the butter paper.

  3. 3

    Now spread the butter with the help of the brush. Put the grated cheese on the slices and bake them for 5 min at 400 degrees fahrenheit. (I avoided cheese so didn’t use.)

  4. 4

    Now spread the tomato mixture on the top of the baguette. Bruschetta is ready to serve now.
