Olive and onion bread

This is a Turkish type of bread. At first when I saw my Turk housemate making it I was quite skeptical seeing onions going into bread as that was a first for me lol. I could hardly wait for it to come out of the oven and I loved it. Normally they do it in round shape but this was the only tin I had.

I discovered my love for cooking a few years ago. Since eating out is expensive i figured i had some learning to do. Living in a very small town(i doubt it can even be called that) where you cant always find what you wanted also pushed me towards doing it on my own. I am Zimbabwean by the way.I think the internet is the best invention ever since i can look up recipes, try and modify them to suit my preferences. I love sampling dishes from different countries and of course stories behind them
