A very traditional recipe cooked in my house since my childhood. It is made up of pure home ingredients and tastes heavenly.

All the ingredients are assembled and a dough is made out of wheat flour, buttermilk, water,ghee and kept aside for 10 minutes. In a pan the malai is dried up by adding 1 tbs of powder sugar and allowed it for cooling down.

Now the dough is divided into small pieces,flattened by a rolling pin to fill the hollow with the malai and again pressed it to give it a shape of paratha/ roti in the frying pan with some clarified butter.

Gradually one after another paratha are cooked in medium flame and brushed with some clarified butter and the sweet malai parathas are plated with chana masala and a cup of warm masala tea.
