Ingredients

1/2 hours
4-5 servings
  • 200 gmSoya granules
  • as neededwater for soaked soya granules
  • 1 bowlfresh finely chopped coriander
  • 2-3medium size chopped onions
  • 1medium finely chopped capsicum (optional)
  • 3green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 tablespoonwheat flour for binding
  • 2-3cloves
  • 3cardamom
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • As neededEdible oil
  • to taste salt and red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soya granules for 1 hour in water,after 1 hour take the soaked soya granules and squeeze out any water that is left

  2. 2

    Take a bowl, Add soaked soya granules/chunks, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, cardamom,clove,black pepper, Grind it well

  3. 3

    Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped capsicum, wheat flour, salt red chilli powder. Mix everything well

  4. 4

    Now make round shape dumplings out of the mixture using your hands

  5. 5

    Now Take a frying pan,Add oil, heat the oil,And deep fry all dumplings, fry till then brown

  6. 6

    Soya kabab is ready serve with ketchup or green chutney according to taste
