In this lockdown the easiest sweet you can make is Gulabjamun. Being my son's favourite I always make the yummy gulabjamuns at Home

Take a pan add sugar and water in it. Keep the flame medium and let the sugar dissolve completely. Keep it stirring and make sticky sugar syrup. Add kesar and elaichi powder in it.

Now take a mixing bowl. Put the packet of Gulabjamun mix in it. And add little milk to make soft dough. Knead it to make smooth dough cover it with a wet cotton cloth and then make small balls.There should be no cracks in the balls.

Now fry the balls in low medium flame. Make sure it is evenly fried from all the sides. When it is done add it in warm sugar syrup. Cover it and keep it for few hours so that syrup is soaked properly
