Take a pan, add sago and fry till it pops.
Then wash twice and add to a bowl.
Wash samo twice and add to sago bowl.
Soak both in water for 4hrs or overnight. - 2
Morning drain all the water to a bowl using a seive. Add this soaked Samo and Sago to a mixi jar. Add curds, salt and grind to smooth and thick paste.
Take out to a bowl and keep aside for 1hour.
Then add soda and mix well.
Make dosa tawa hot and apply oil and wipe it with a wet cloth.
Keep the flame low and pour dosa batter and make thin and crisp dosas, drizzle oil or ghee or butter and

(No need to ferment this batter)
(we can soak at afternoon and grind at night and use in the morning too. Batter should be at room temperature while making dosa, if batter stored in fridge.)
