In large bowl take besan. Add 3 tbsp ghee in warm milk..mix proerly.Now add this mixture in besan and crumble with ghee and milk.keep aside for 15 min.Sieve the crumbled besan.

Heat 1 cup ghee in pan or kadai.add besan, combine well keeping the flame low.stir continuously.Cook on low flame till besan turns golden brown and give a nice aroma. Let it be cool.

Meanwhile take another pan,add sugar and water.mix well and cook on high flame. Stir continuously.cook until the syrup is of 1 tar consistency. (If you want pieces than 1.5 tar consistency...I like little loose).

Add cardamom powder and yellow color or kesar strands. Transfer the sugar syrup in besan mixture. Mix properly till the sugar syrup combine well.greased the tray. Pour the mixture and spread evenly with spatula. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.cool completely for 2-3 hours.cut into square pieces finally.
