Lately, we celebrate Singapore 55th birthday. So, I create a helicopter and one of our iconic building - Marina bay sands hotel towers. I just wish that my country and other countries will emerge out of the covid-19 crisis with greater unity and prosperity than before.

Sweet Mapo Tofu
1pkt of soft tofu
250 g- 300g of minced beef
Spring onion
Carrot
Sauce
2 tbsptomato sauce
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspdark vinegar
1 tbspchinese cooking wine
4 tbspchicken stock
Some corn starch
Helicopter Creation
Cooked rice
Seaweed
Cheese

Steam the tofu and carrot.

Heat some oil in the pan, add the chopped spring onion, then add the minced beef and cooked till pinkish.

Add the sauce and cooked for 10-15 mins till the sauce is absorbed by the meat. Add the corn starch to thickened the sauce.

Add the steam tofu and carrot. Using the steam tofu by adding many seaweed square on top of cheese to represent the window pane of the building.

To create the helicopter, use some cooked rice wrapped in seaweed to mould into a helicopter. Using cheese as rotor blades and landing skids. Add some cooked rice on top as the cockpits and strip of cooked rice as tail rotors.
