Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 mlcream
  2. 70 mlcondensed milk
  3. 50 mlblue berries finely chopped or pureed
  4. 5 mlvanilla essence
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 cupMilk
  7. 10 mldark cholate

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm milk on a double boiler and desolve sugar in it and let cool

  2. 2

    Mix the rest of the ingredients except chocolate and transfer to ice-cream machine for churning

  3. 3

    Melt chocolate on a double boiler and garnish with after cooling down or garnish with chocolate shavings
