Method
First wash matki 2-3 times, and soak it for 5-6hours in lukewarm water. - 2
To make matki subji, heat the oil in a kadai, add all dry masalas and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
Further add water and matki, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5-6minutes, while stirring occasionally. - 3
Once matki is cooked properly, switch off the flame. serve the matki subji hot with fulkas or rice.
