My family asked for a different way of cooking rice, so I made this. It tastes so good 😋

Wash rice and drain

In a pan, add enough oil and fry rice till brown colour then strain.

In another pan, add little oil, onions, tomatoe and scotch bonnet puree. Fry for few mins

Then add up enough water to cook the rice and bring to boil.

Add seasoning, salt and spices then add the fried rice.

Allow to cook well.
