Rice Pudding (Arroz con Leche)

Rice pudding in England is what we know as arroz con leche. The difference is that it doesn't include lemon and is baked in the oven. It's a creamy, firm rice dessert that you can top with a variety of toppings like raisins, walnuts, or almonds. It's also an incredibly popular dessert, especially in school cafeterias. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
