Steps

Mix all the dry spices in a bowl salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder. Keep a side

Now take a large bowl and add chicken pieces into it. (stabb pieces with knife so that masala panetrate into it)

Add half of dry spice powder into chicken and rubb for 5 minutes

Now add vinegar in chicken pieces and mix. Keep 1 hr for marination

Now take a separate deep bowl and add all-purpose flour, rice flour and corn flour and mix very well.

Now add rest of the dry spices mix into the flour and add baking soda as well. Mix well and keep a side

On the other hand take another bowl and milk into it and add 1/2 cup water into milk and keep a aside

After marination take out chicken pieces and coat into flour mixture by rubbing with hands and repeat the procedure with all pieces. Keep them in a tray

Now dip pieces one by one in milk mixture and take out immediately and coat once again with flour mixture. Repeat the procedure with all pieces and keep a side

Now take a deep wok and heat oil into it

Now deep fry coated chicken pieces till light golden and take out. Keep in strainer.

When all pieces fried once. Deep fry them again for few minutes till golden brown color achieved.

Take out and keep in strainer so that extra oil drained well

Serve with French fries, buns and chilli garlic sauce
