Hot Garlic Chilli Chicken

Steps

Mix flour and Soya sauce with water as needed

Dip the chicken keemas into the mixture and let it marinate for about 30mins

Now put the kadai on the oven and add butter cube....stir well

Add chopped onion,green chillies, capsicum,garlic accordingly and make them semi fried
- 5
Sprinkle Black pepper and coriander and mix them well

Add sugar and salt as per taste

Another frying pan has to be set on oven..pour refined oil
- 8
When the oil becomes hot,dip the marrinated chicken keemas into the egg paste and fry well in the oil

Coming back to the kadai...🌝add some water and boil it in semi high flame

Now add fried çhíckèñ into kadai stir well

Add 2 to 3 table spoon of Schezwan sauce into it

Sprink chopped coriander leaves on it...mix them & let the flame off

Now it's ready to pour in the serving bowl to enjoy with roti or naan
