Steps

Beat eggs well in mixer, add sugar,butter,vanilla essence beat then add the flour,soji,baking powder and yellow food colour and beat well.

When it's a nice mixture grease a tray with oil. Now bake it for 40 minutes on low to medium flame(Now your cake rusk sponge is ready)

After that cut into cake rusk design and leave it until it become into room temperature.

After that again bake it for 10 minutes on low flame (don't preheat pot/patila in this stage)then open the patila and turn all the cake rusks and further bake it for 10 minutes on low flame.

Now your cake rusks is ready but leave it in room temperature until it become cool.Put in air tight jar/box up to 2 weeks.

Tip... Keep an eye on the rusks when you bake them for the 1st time. They can take anywhere between 10-15 minutes to bake and after 10 minutes one should be very careful else they might also get burnt. If you think they are turning very dark brown or black, take them out immediately and flip over to bake the other side.
