Cut all the coriander leaves, garlic, ginger and chillies into pieces. And add to a mixture bowl.

Add salt, jaggery, and a few drops of lemon and grind it to make a smooth paste.

Now add the besan gathiya in the bowl and grind it again.
- 4
Add the rest of the lemon to the chutney. Spicy Tangy Coriander chutney is ready to serve.
