Easy to make and goes well with Roti. This Kurma will give your dinner a delicious twist. It is void of heavy masalas so this will be make your dinner lighter and tastier.
Steps

Grind the garlic cloves and the piece of ginger and to a fine paste.

Take a small rice cooker and add 4 tablespoons of oil.
- 3
Add the cinnamon bark and cloves and 1/2 Tsp Saunf to the heated oil and toss gently.

Add thinly sliced onions and slit chillies and fry them in the oil until brown.

Add the ginger garlic paste and toss them until the raw smell goes off.

Add half teaspoon of turmeric powder and then add the diced tomatoes and potatoes.Toss them together.

Add 2 cups of water and let it cook for about 5 minutes without cooker whistle.

Grind the grated coconut and 1 teaspoon of saunf together into a fine paste.

Add the ground paste in the cooker and add 1 cup of fresh green peas.

Give the Kurma a good stir, close the lid and cook until one whistle.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti.
