Chana masala is a common indian dish. It is one of the best dish you can make at home for your every day meal and serve with chapatis.

Soak chana for 8 hours and then pressure cook it for 5-6 whistle. Until the chana must be soft cooked.

Add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. when it heats up add Chilli garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry until they turn golden. add chopped tomatoes. fry until they turn completely soft and mushy.

Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garammasala powder. add lemon juice. stir and mix well. add some water. cook untill oil comes out.

Now add cooked chana and mix well. stir it untill the water consistent becomes thick. And then garnish with chopped coriander.
