2tblsp corn flour

Peel the potatoes cut it in julien cut.

Wash the potatoess.and now mix salt and cornflour.and leave it for 20 30mins.

Now heat the oil.and deep fry it. And serve it with your black pepper and mayonnaise and garlic sauce.
