Mix two flours add 3-4 tbsps of ghee and rub it well. Add water to make hard dough and make graphings with fist. Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry it until it turns light golden brown. Fry baking glue at last. Let it get cool for sometime. Then grind it in mixture pause it in every seconds.

So there will not be to need to sieve. Heat big heavy bottom pan mix ghee and jaggery and stir well. When jaggery melted and get started bubbling add flour mixture. Add almonds powder, raisins mix them all.

After getting little cool add baking glue and mix together. When it get cool shape it in laddoo with hands or molds. We can store it for more than 10 days.
