  • 1 packBakchoy
  • 150 gGround pork
  • 1 tspOyster sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate ground pork with soy, white pepper and flour. Then saute it, season with oyster sauce and add a little water.

  2. 2

    Steam bakchoy until half done. Remove and arrange on a plate. Pour cooked ground pork on top. Serve
