Pakoray with Mint yoghurt & Green vinegar Chutney

Wash & peel potatoes. Cut in to desired shape, I cut in thin batons. Peel & thinly sliced onion.

Put vegetables in bowl with gram flour, baking soda,salt,cumin seeds & red chilli powder. Mix with water as required to thicker batter.

Heat up oil and fried pakoras. Golden brown and let it out then from oil on absorbing paper.

For Mint Yoghurt : crushed mint & green chilli to make paste. Add in yoghurt.

In yoghurt add ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well. Mint yoghurt is ready.

For Green vinegar chutney: Crush green fresh coriander leaves with green chilli, salt and clove of garlic make thick paste.

Now put this paste in serving bowl and mix with white vinegar & water.

Pakoras are ready for serve. Serve then with both tasty mint yoghurt & Green vinegar chutney.
