Chilli Mushroom with Laccha Paratha

Wash the mushroom thoroughly and then boil it for 2-3 minutes and then take it out in a bowl.

Add 4 spoons maida, 4 spoons cornflour, 2 pinch of black pepper, salt to taste and 1/3 cup of water. Mix it and make a batter.

Put the musrooms in the batter,mix it and leave it for 2-3 minutes.

In a frying pan add oil and warm it. Then add mushroom and fry it. First single fry it and then double fry it.

Add oil to the frying pan and warm it. Then add chopped garlic and green chilli and saute it.

Then add chopped capsicum and onion amd fry it for 2-3 min. Then add blck pepper, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli flakes and cook it.

Then add 1 spoon cornflour in the water and mix it and add it in the frying pan amd cook it for 2 min.

Then add mushroom to it. Cook it and Chilli mushroom is ready.

For laccha pratha- add 2 cup maida, 1/2 spoon bakimg soda, 1/2 spoon baking powder, 2 spoon curd, 1 spoon ghee, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water.

Add all the above ingredients in water and make a dough. Leave it for around 30 minutes. And then make laccha paratha. Serve hot.
