Ingredients

  • 4-6pork chops
  • 1-2 canscream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz)can mushrooms
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspdried thyme
  • Dried parsley for garnish
  • Canola or olive oil for frying

    In a large skillet, heat a couple tablespoons of oil over high heat.

    Season pork chops all over with salt, garlic and pepper to taste.

    Cook pork chops until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Add pork chops to oven safe dish.

    Pour cream of mushroom soup on top and mix in dried thyme and mushrooms. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and tender.

    Garnish with dried parsley.

It's delicious.2. It's fun.3. Healthier living.4. Gets me out of my own head for a little bit and calms my mind.5. Trying new things.6. Making up my own recipes.7. I get to share my recipes with others.8. Making memories.9. It's a continuous learning process.10. Cheaper than eating out.11. It saves the expenses.12. Makes me a happier person.13.
