  • 1whole chicken
  • 2star anise
  • 6 slicesginger
  • 5shallots, cut in half
  • Spring onion
  • Wine
  • Dark and light soy sauce
  • 3 pcsrock sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water in a deep pot Make sure the chicken will be submerge. Add all the ingredients except the chicken.

  2. 2

    Let it boil for 5 mins before adding chicken.

  3. 3

    Cook for 30 mins.
