Ingredients

25 min
  • 1 litreBuffalo colostrum milk
  • 2 cupsugar powder
  • 1/4 cupcardamon powder
  • pinchsaffron Strands

Steps

  1. 1

    Take milk in large bowl and add sugar, cardamon and saffron mix it till sugar dissolves.

  2. 2

    Take steamer plate. Pour milk in it. Place a plate in steamer wth enough water. Steam it for 25 min.

    Let it cool. Cut in pieces. It's ready.Keep in fridge for an hour and then serve.
