Mix rava and Buttermilk and keep it for 1 hour.

Then mix salt and soda and give it a good mix

Add water if needed to make the batter semi solid

Apply oil to the pan and pour the batter in the pan

Take a steam for 20mins and then check it. Poke it with a toothpick and if the batter doesn't touch it then the dokhla is baked or else take steam for more 5mins.

Give a nice tadaka of Rai and jeer with pinch of asafoetida.garnish with coriander.
