Steps

Mix boiled green gram, grated coconut, elaichi powder and jaggery together in a large bowl

Take a small portion of above mix and make into a lemon sized ball

In an another bowl mix maida/All-purpose flour, salt, turmeric powder into a thick paste without any lumbs
- 4
Cover the green gram mix in this maida mix
- 5
Deep fry the balls in the oil. Cook until it become golden brown. Remove it from the oil.
