In a pan heat the oil and put mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies.

Now add the roasted semolina and mix properly. Add two cups of water and cover it until the water dries out.

Now add the salt and sugar and stir everything. Add the chopped capsicum and give a mix.

Add the freshly grated coconut and toss and turn everything together. Once the upma is ready garnish it with onion rings and green chillies. Serve while hot.
