    *Malai sandwich with kesar mousse and cardamon and pistachio crunches*

    Ingredients:
    1-litre milk
    1 and half cup sugar
    5 cups water
    1 tbsp vinegar with sm water
    Pinch Elaichi powder
    1 tsp Rose water
    2tsp sugar
    Ice

    Malai sandwich with kesar mousse n cardamon n pistachio crunches*

    Ingredients:
    1-litre milk
    1 n half cup sugar
    5 cups water
    1 tbsp vinegar with sm water
    Pinch Elaichi powder
    1 tsp Rose water
    2tsp sugar
    Ice

    *kesar mousse*
    White ganache -1part of white choclate+1 part of fresh cream heat on double boiler n let it set.
    Whipped cream
    Kesar
    Elaichi powder

    *pistachio crunches*
    Take 1 tbsp of flour add to it 2 tbsp of sugar butter lil pistachio chopped elachi powder n mix all till gets coated n

    Pistachio crunches*
    Take 1 tbsp of flour add to it 2 tbsp of sugar butter lil pistachio chopped elachi powder and mix all till gets coated and bake it in a preheated oven for 9 mnts at 180°C.

    Method:
    Boil milk in a vessel once it's rises lower the flame and add vinegar mixed with water slowly and mix. Once you see the water and paneer have splitted switch off the flame and seive in a Muslin cloth and remove all water. Add sm water and wash the paneer so as to remove the smell of vinegar.

    Remove paneer in a big plate n start kneading with your palm until u get a soft dough. No cracks shld be seen. Divide it into 6 equal parts.add 2 tsp of sugar to paneer before giving shape so the sweetness goes inside also.By the time u roll the malai sandwich in a kadhai take sugar n water n keep for boiling on high flame once it starts boiling add the shaped sandwich in it n cover n let it cook for 12 to 15 mnts. Once doubled in size switch off the gas n add 8 to 10 cubes of ice into it to ba

    Add rose water to it Leave till gets lil cool than remove from the water into a plate n slit from between. Take white ganache n add lil whipped cream to it n beat it till stiff peaks. Add lil elaichi powder to it n fill it in a piping bag n apply on one side of sandwich n cover with another part. Dab sm kesar over it n garnish with pistachio. U can put varakh also. Put on a plate garnish with pistachio crunches n sm mousse n rose petals.chill for sm time in fridge n Your malai sandwich is ready
