1boxed carrot cake mix
1egg
1/4 cupvegetable oil
1/3 cupmilk
As neededCream cheese icing

Heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, egg and oil.

SLOWLY incorporate milk. You want it as dense as possible. Spread into a greased baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes and let cool 45 minutes to an hour then ice them.
