First mix suji curd and salt

Mix well and make batter by adding water

Keep aside for 30mins

Then add veggies chilli paste and red chilli powder & mix well

Boil little water in idli maker

Grease the plates

Mix eno in the batter and pour the batter in idli plate

Let it steam on medium to high flame for 10-12mins

Serve with any chutney,rassam chutney or ketchup.
