Steps

Rice and dal saf kar ke bhigo dain.

In a pan add 3 tbspn ghee and (chicken jo b para ho) cook well.

Now add cumin seeds, black pepper powder and 2 tsp salt.

Add 3 glass water. Jab water boil ho add rice and lentil and cook.

Pani dry hony lgye dam per rakh dain on low flame..

After 10-15 minutes rice ka dam open karein check Karein khichari ready hy... Enjoy..🙂
