  • 4 cupsRaw rice
  • 1udad dal
  • 1 tspMethi Dana ( fenugreek seeds)
  • 1 cupcoconut grated
  • 2whole dry chillies red
  • 2 garlic Cloves
  • 1 inchginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind udad and rice.Ferment it overnight.

  2. 2

    In idli stand steam the idlies

  3. 3

    In mixer add coconut,roasted red chillies,udad dal and garlic.Add salt,lemon juice and ginger.Grind into chutney like consistency.You add tempering as you like
