Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken in pieces and Bring chicken to boil, add in salt, ginger and garlic paste.

When boiled and dried let it cool. Prepare flour, add in spices and a little salt, break the eggs and mix well, put bread crumbs in a dish. Heat oil.

Take a piece of chicken, coat in flour the eggs then bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. Repeat on all pieces.

Garnish and serve as desired.
