Ingredients

  • 6bread slices
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/2 bowlsweet corn boiled
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • as neededgrated cheese
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 bowlmalai/cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl..add onion,tomato,capsicum,sweet corn.

  2. 2

    Now add salt,red chily powder,black pepper powder,chaat masala,smolina,malai, and mix well

  3. 3

    Take a bread slice.speard the mixture on it and spread the cheese.

  4. 4

    Heat a non-stick pen and aply butter and cooked it both sides.
