Chana Dal Pitha
Bihari style Pitha is very very tasty.
Steps

Boli 2 cups of watering a pan on medium heat.add a pinch salt and 1 tbsp oil.turn off the heat, add rice flour and mix well.allow the rice flour dough to cool a bit.

Grind daal to make a paste and add ginger, garlic paste, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, black pepper powder.

Grease your hands with oil and make a soft dough, Rice dough us ready.

Mix chopped coriander leaves in the stuffing daal.

Grease your hands with oil and take lemon size portions of the rice dough and using your hands shape them into bolls. Add stuffing to tha pitha.Boiled 2 cups of water into tha idly pan on high heat flame.

Keep Pitha into tha idly pan steam the prepared Pitha for 10-15 min.on high heat after 10-15 min turn of the flame.

Our Pitha is ready for serving.
