Take a big bowl then mix maida,sooji sugar and water.

Now beat with big spoon until smooth batter ready,take rest 2 hours.after then mix well with spoon.

Heat oil in frying pan,put batter with service spoon.fry it on medium flame.

Remove extra oil. NOW ready to eat malepude and also garnishing with dry fruits.
