Grind urad daal. Beat it with salt perfectly. Leave it for 1/2 hour.Fry this daal like pakodas and make bhalle on it.

Now put this bhaals in water. Peel and cut potato. Grind dahi.Now take bhalla and seprate their water. Now take them in a finishing plate and potato,onion on them.

Now salt and all spice on it, curd, t tamarind chutney and serve it and enjoy.
