Take a bowl add chapati pieces, whisked curd and keep it for 10 minutes

Now after 10 minutes crush it and then take it in a bowl and add sooji, chilli ginger garlic paste, salt, water and coriander and mix it well and give it rest for 10 minutes

Now keep steamer for preheating and grease a plate with oil and add soda in the batter and mix it well and then pour the batter in the greased plate and sprinkle chilli powder

Steam it for 10 minutes

Now take it out and cut pieces

Now take a pan and add oil, Sesame seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli pieces and then pour it on the dhokla

Now serve it with Dhokla Coriander Chutney
