One of the my favorite kabab and hope so love my effort

In a bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes,chopped fried egg,salt,ginger garlic paste,crushed dried chillies, crushed coriander seeds,cumin seeds, pomegranate seeds, chopped green chillies,finely chopped mint or coriander leaves and makai ka ataa and beaten egg in beef minced and rub it through your hands

Now refrigerate for 30 minutes after that dress your hands with oil and make kabab in round shape and put a tomato slice on it and slightly press it so it gets stick to kabab (note: you may also chopped tomatoes on kabab instead of slice)

Now turn on flame and shallow fry the kabab and enjoy them piping hot
