Making every meal more nutritious and savoury, amazingly good for diabetic patients and lowers blood pressure...cooking is loving!

Peel Irish potatoes, cut into halves and boil with garlic, black pepper powder and tumeric

Cut onions, bell peppers, green peppers, bonnet peppers and beetroots. Fry with little oil until slightly soft

Add tomatoes, seasonings, thyme and eggs. Stir until fully mixed and eggs slightly fried
- 4
Serve omelette with boiled potatoes and enjoy.
