  • ૧ ચમચીમેંદો ૧ ચમચી બટર ૧ કપ દૂધ
  • ૧ ચમચીમરી પાવડર અને મીઠું
  • ચીઝ ક્ચુબ સ્લાઈસ અને પ્રોસેસ ચીઝ. ટોમેટો કેચઅપ

  1. 1

    પહેલા બટાકા ને બાફી ને ઠંડા કરી લો પછી તેને સ્કુબ કરી લો

    પછી તેને સ્કુબ કરેલા બટાકા માં બટર અને ધાણા લગાવી લો

    એક પેનમાં બટર લ્ઈ તેમાં બધા શાક નાખી અને હલાવતાં રહો પછી તેમાં મસાલા મીક્સ કરો અને ૫ મીનીટ સુધી હલાવતાં રહો પછી સાઈડમાં મૂકો

    એક પેનમાં બટર લ્ઈ તેમાં મેંદો નાખી હલાવી લો પછી તેમાં દુધ ઉમેરો અને સારી રીતે મિક્સ કરો અને મીઠું મિક્સ કરી મરી પાવડર નાખી હલાવી લો

    પછી શાકભાજી સાથે મિક્સ કરી લો પછી
