Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1/2tbsp Red chill powder
  • 1/3 tspCumin powder
  • per tasteSalt
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup water

  1. 1

    Add all the spices &salt into the flour,mix it well Now add some water and knead into stiff dough& add little water at a time,knead it,1tps oil to make dough smooth,dough is ready

    Keep little oil aside to roll puri,knead the dough once again before rolling it,make equal and small size of dough roll

    Now roll it,do not roll it very thin

    Now puri is ready to fry.Turn on flame and heat a pan,add oil,Let the oil heat properly at high flame

  5. 5

    Put one or two puri at a time in oil and press it gently,keep flipping in between,once it turn golden brown,take it out from the pan
