Steps

Place a pan on stove (medium high) add oil in it.

Put cumin in it and let it fry for seconds then add boiled gram in it and fry.

Add all masala's and salt in it and tamarind water and do light fry.

Add boiled potato, chopped green chillies and chopped onion in it and move spoon back and forth until it properly mixed then off stove.

Place it in a dish and garnish it with chopped fresh coriander.
