Add pasta to boiling water stirring occasionally until al dente.

In the meantime warm up a pan with the butter and lemon zest.

Mix in the pasta with the butter, add the lemon juice and toss to emulsify. Slowly add the cheese and some of the pasta water until the sauce is creamy and coating all the pasta.

Serve with lemon zest and cheese sprinkled on top.
