For aloo chokha,take 5 boiled potatoes and mashed..take a pan add oil or ghee,,add jeera,add onions when translucent add tomato..

Now add all dry masale and add tomato sauce and chilli garlic sauce..add aloo and mixed well..it's ready..

Take a bowl add,wheat flour and daal add spices..add 1 tsp oil and knead the dough by adding water as required..

Now roll out and make paratha on iron tawa,,toast from both sides till golden brown by applying ghee..

Now to make tacos..take out paratha,,add tomato sauce and chilli garlic sauce..now add aloo chokha on half portion..add cheese dip..

Now add onion rings and tomatoes and sprinkle chat masala..and now cover up by the secong half..

Now heat the griller and add butter now grill the tacos until a nice crisp..and enjoy with nachos and curd..

Your healthy tacos are ready..enjoy tacos and curd,paratha and aloo chokha...
